Welcome to the College of Business at WSU Vancouver. We offer three degree programs: Professional MBA, Master of Accounting and the BA in Business Administration. Our action oriented curriculum will immerse you in the business world so that you are practicing what you are learning in the classroom. Students graduating from the business school are prepared to seamlessly move into professional positions.

At the undergraduate level:

• The accounting major is the largest major with over 100 students. The faculty and students frequently interact with accounting professionals in career fairs, class visits and internships. • The marketing major prepares you for a career in professional sales. Most marketing majors choose a career in sales upon graduation. More importantly in business you’ll find that you are often selling your ideas, selling yourself, or selling a product. The professional sales program prepares you to be an effective communicator regardless of your major. • Our majors in business administration, finance, management and information systems are perfect choices for those pursuing careers in entrepreneurship, financial planning or organizational leadership.

At the graduate level:

• Our Professional MBA program is ranked internationally for its focus on integrating sustainability topics throughout the program. Students enter with at least 2 years of professional experience and build on this base of knowledge to achieve a C-level organizational view that prepares you for advancement to leadership positions. • Our Master of Accounting program prepares students for careers in accounting with an emphasis on taxation. Students join the program either as practicing professionals looking for the edge to move up or as recent undergraduate students seeking the credits necessary to sit for the CPA exam. The energy and commitment to excellence in the College of Business @ Vancouver is driven by the faculty and staff who have a focus on scholarly research, a student centered approach and a commitment to the community. Come visit us – we look forward to meeting you!
