The Carson Coaching Program is a unique opportunity for business students to receive one-on-one coaching from a seasoned professional in their desired industry. These coaching relationships are beneficial to students’ professional development, providing socialization and personal support to facilitate success in college and beyond.
Students and coaches meet two to three times monthly by phone, video conferencing, or in person.

Make connections that count! Students receive advice on career readiness skills such as resumes, networking and job searching. Open to business majors; space is limited.
Student requirements:
- Business major
- Sophomore, Junior or Senior
- At least 2.5 GPA
- Attend Carson Coaching Program Kickoff event in January
- Available to connect with mentor at least 2-3 times monthly

- Formal program launch: January 2026
- Students and coach are recommended to meet two - three times a month: February – April 2026
- End of formal program: April 2026
