The Carson Coaching Program is a unique opportunity for business and prebusiness students to receive one-on-one coaching from a seasoned professional in their desired industry. These coaching relationships are beneficial to students’ professional development, providing socialization and personal support to facilitate success in college and beyond.
Students and coaches meet two to three times monthly by phone, video conferencing, or in person.

2025 Program Timeline
- Application deadline: 11:59 pm, Friday, November 22, 2024
- Coach and student introductions by email: Week of Jan. 6, 2025
- Formal program launch: Late January 2025
- Students and coach are recommended to meet two - three times a month: February – April 2025
- End of formal program: Late April 2025
